Returns & Exchanges
At Youme, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day easy returns and exchanges on all fashion items. Please ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Youme account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip or write your order number clearly on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
